The intensive course will be taught in English. Students are obliged to attend all classes and participate in discussions in class. The professor will firstly lecture on the most important criminal law issues in Germany such as corruption, money laundering, international criminal law, international criminal cooperation, confiscation, etc. In addition, students will be required to deliver their own opinions about the issues and answer the questions raised by the professor. At the last class, the final written or oral exam will be provided.
